Volunteer Groups and Families

All visitors to the Ronald McDonald House must follow our SafeVisitor procedures. Visitors will be required to present a driver’s license or government-issued ID card upon arriving. The ID will be scanned at a self-serve kiosk, and each visitor’s information will be checked against publicly accessible sex offender registries. This is a quick and confidential process, similar to what you might experience at certain schools or government buildings, and it doesn’t involve a full background check.

Please note: youth groups must be no larger than 6 youths (12 years +) accompanied by 2 adults 21+.
