Katie Brickner is honored to join the Ronald McDonald House team as the Director of Development. She moved to Delaware from Cleveland, OH in the summer of 2020. She completed her B.A. in Communications and Theatre from Hiram College and achieved a M.N.A.L in Nonprofit Administration and Leadership from Cleveland State University. Katie has been working in development for over 15 years and enjoys fundraising for nonprofit organizations.
Before joining the House, Katie worked in fundraising for environmental, social services, and higher education organizations. She has served on the Board of Directors for Ten Thousand Villages and the Housing Research and Advocacy Center in Cleveland. In her free time, she enjoys tending her plants, reading, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Katie lives in Wilmington with her husband, Mike, and their three miniature schnauzers, Murphy, Sophie, and CeCe.
