Caroline was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up giving back to her community. Throughout her life’s journey, she engaged in multiple volunteer opportunities ranging from land work to family centered care. Caroline graduated from Eckerd College in 2012 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Human Development and a minor in Psychology. Most recently she lived on the Big Island of Hawaii and worked at a horticultural therapy program for at risk youth. Caroline is currently attaining her Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Delaware. Caroline is thrilled to finally settle down in Wilmington as the Resident Manager, with her pup Waldo!
