
Caroline was born in the Dominican Republic and grew up giving back to her community. Throughout her life’s journey, she engaged in multiple volunteer opportunities ranging from land work to family-centered care. Caroline graduated from Eckerd College in 2012 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Development and a minor in Psychology. After graduating, she lived on the Big Island of Hawaii and worked at a horticultural therapy program for at-risk youth. In 2015, she joined the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware team, and in 2019, Caroline attained her Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Delaware’s Biden School of Public Policy & Administration. Caroline lives in Wilmington and enjoys spending time with her energetic pup Waldo!
