Lynn is a Realtor with The Mottola Group, one of the most successful Real Estate Groups in Delaware, part of the brokerage Compass RE. Lynn switched careers in 2015 after nearly 30 years in financial services with MBNA, Bank of America and PayPal. During those 30 years, Lynn led teams in a variety of disciplines in the consumer and small business sectors. While developing an expertise in Business Development/Marketing, Lynn also led international payments groups at both Bank of America and PayPal. After residing in Delaware and Pennsylvania for 20 years of her adult life, Lynn was one of the first MBNA senior executives to be asked to move to Charlotte, NC with the acquisition of MBNA by Bank of America. There she led marketing teams for the Deposits business during the recession, the Global Payment Network group and the Small Business Products group before moving back to Delaware and joining PayPal.
As a licensed Realtor in Delaware and Pennsylvania Lynn enjoys employing her banking background in contract negotiation, marketing, product management and credit to ensure she exceeds every client’s expectations.
Lynn became a volunteer for Ronald McDonald House of Delaware in the 1990’s when her teams cooked meals for the House and other volunteer activities and she continued that tradition at RMH in Charlotte, NC. Four years ago Lynn joined the Development Committee and in 2021 led the On-Site Fundraising Committee of the inaugural and highly successful Wine Women and Shoes event. Among other non-profit activities Lynn also volunteers for Delaware Community Foundation as a grant reader and Leadership Lecture committee participant and is a past President and long-time board member and supporter of Read-Aloud Delaware.
Lynn is originally from Maine, graduated from the University of Delaware, and currently resides in Greenville, DE with her husband George and Labrador Jib. When not working, volunteering, gardening or playing with Jib, Lynn and George like to spend time with family and friends at both Lynn’s childhood home in Maine and their vacation home in Bethany Beach, DE.
