Jen Sciolla

Jen lives with her wife Erica and two children, Luca (15) and Nico (13) and one very cute schnoodle in Haddon Heights, NJ. They enjoy traveling, spending time with family and attending concerts/festivals. She has lived in the Delaware Valley since graduating from Temple University, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Jen also holds a Master’s Degree in Youth and Family Studies and served as an adjunct faculty member at Temple University for over a decade. After a successful career in two hospital organizations in PA and NJ, Jen landed at Nemours Children’s Health in Delaware in 2014 where she is the Assistant Vice President for Child & Family Services. She has a deep passion for supporting youth and their families, especially those combating traumatic life events and medical experiences.

She has served on the national Board of Directors for the Association of Child Life Professionals and has extensive experience serving as a consultant and mentor for children’s hospitals and their child life programs/leaders. For many years she has served as a formal and informal advocate for children and families with Autism and has a passion for supporting non-profit organizations that support underrepresented and marginalized communities.
