Marketing and Engagement Specialist 

Haley graduated from Wilmington University in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a certificate in the Trauma-Informed Approach. She was a part of multiple honor societies in college and continues to work with them as an alumna. She joined Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Delaware in September of 2018 as a Guest Services Coordinator. In October of 2020, Haley transitioned into her new role as Marketing and Engagement Specialist. She loves working with all the families that have come to stay at the House!

When not at work, Haley enjoys spending time with her friends and family, baking, and going to the beach. Haley was born and raised in Wilmington, DE and currently lives there with her husband Ryan and their crazy cat, Ollie.
