11 May Evan Pizzuto

Evan is a Senior Vice President and Product leader responsible for overseeing the Entity Management business for Wilmington Trust.  In this role, he oversees the product serviced out of our offices located in Wilmington, DE and Las Vegas, NV.   Products include: providing Directors and Officers for Holding Companies and other corporate subsidiaries, financial statement preparation, SPV administration and Tax Return Preparation.  Evan is responsible for all administrative aspects as well as growth and product development.

Evan joined M&T Bank in 2012, which acquired Wilmington Trust in 2011, through the M&T Bank Management Development Program in Buffalo. Since then, he has held management roles in Retail Banking and in his current role in Global Capital Markets.

Evan became involved with the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware through the Red Shoe Society and has been volunteering since 2013. Evan has served in the Finance and Audit Committees since 2017.

Evan holds a bachelor’s degree in business finance from State University of New York at Buffalo and is a native of Buffalo, New York.  Evan currently lives in Philadelphia with his wife Marlena and enjoys golfing and playing hockey in his free time.
