Position Description for: Relief Manager & Guest Services Assistant Position

Position:  Guest Services Assistant

Position Summary:  Responsible for greeting and the orientation of all families at the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware during their assigned shift.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:  Responsible for the Guest Services of the House including the greeting of all families, answering phone calls, check ins/outs and assisting guests with questions.

Position Reports To:  Relief Manager/Manager on Duty

Hours:  Saturday- 9:30-6:30, Varied hours to cover for Guest Services Coordinator.

Position:  Relief Manager

Position Summary:  Responsible for operations of the House during time he/she is covering for the Resident Manager or Operations Director.  Responsibilities include property management, guest relations and volunteer relations.

Position Reports To:

Hours: Varies depending on position that is being covered.

Typical weekend shifts are Friday 6:00pm to Saturday 6:00pm and/or Saturday 6:00pm to Sunday 7:30pm. Position requires overnight stay in the relief manager room.
