Relief Manager/ Guest Services Assistant Needed
The Ronald McDonald House of Delaware is seeking qualified Relief Manager to manage the House primarily for one 24 hour weekend shift per month. Responsible for operations of House during time he/she is relieving Resident Manager or Operations Director, including property management, guest relations and volunteer relations. Typical weekend shifts are Friday 6:00pm to Saturday 6:00pm and/or Saturday 6:00pm to Sunday 7:30pm. Position requires overnight stay in the relief manager room and at least one Holiday shift per year.
Candidate must also be willing to train as a Guest Services Assistant, those responsibilities include the greeting and assistance of families coming to the Ronald McDonald House, answering phone calls and inputting information into our Guest Registration Computer System. A typical shift for the Guest Services Assistant is 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday with a minimum of one shift per month in this role.
Candidates must be self-motivated with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, along with strong computer skills. High school degree required with minimum age 21.
Hourly rate for both positions is $12.25.
