Relief Manager/ Guest Services Assistant Needed

The Ronald McDonald House of Delaware is seeking a qualified Relief Manager to manage the House primarily for one 24 hour weekend shift per month. Responsible for operations of House during time he/she is relieving Resident Manager or Operations Director. The role includes property management, guest relations and volunteer relations. Typical weekend shifts are Friday 6:00pm to Saturday 6:00pm and/or Saturday 6:00pm to Sunday 7:30pm. Position requires overnight stay in the relief manager room and at least one Holiday shift per year.
Candidate must also be willing to train as a Guest Services Assistant, those responsibilities include the greeting and assistance of families coming to the Ronald McDonald House, answering phone calls and inputting information into our Guest Registration Computer System. A typical shift for the Guest Services Assistant is 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday with a minimum of one shift per month in this role.
Candidates must be self-motivated with excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills, along with strong computer skills. High school degree required with minimum age 21.
Hourly rate for both positions is $12.25.
