Dawn joined the House in March 1996 and has seen the House grow from a 17 guest room facility to its current 50 guest rooms. Dawn manages the House’s signature events as well as works with outside community groups raising money. Dawn also serves on the Operations team and provides weekend on call coverage as needed and back up relief for the Operations Director as needed.
Dawn lives in Wilmington, Delaware with her boyfriend Mark and has two grown children, Dale and Kristen, a grandson Jackson and a dog named Bentley.
