Connie Miller

Connie Miller is the Director of Investments for Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (“NEIL”), where she serves as a key member of the portfolio management team overseeing a $4.5 billion multi-asset class portfolio. Her responsibilities include conducting investment due diligence and market research, overseeing investment operations, and contribute to NEIL’s tactical asset allocation decisions. Prior to joining NEIL in 2013, she served as the Chief Investment Officer for the Office of Hawaiian Affairs in Honolulu, Hawaii overseeing a $350 million portfolio.

Connie is a CFA Charterholder and earned her MBA from the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economic at the University of Delaware. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. She is an active mentor for the Lerner Executive Mentoring Program at the University of Delaware and has been serving on the Finance Committee for the Ronald McDonald House of Delaware since 2018.
